The Helpmanns Voters are responsible for casting votes for Eligible Productions nominated by each Nominating Panel and the Industry Awards Panel. The Voters decide on who the winner in each Awards category will be.
A person is eligible to be a Helpmanns Voter in 2010 if he or she is:
- a nominated employee of an LPA Member;
- a member of a Nominating Panel or the Industry Awards Panel;
- 2007, 2008 & 2009 Helpmann Award Winners
- 2009 Helpmann Award Nominee;
- a member of the arts media appointed by the Helpmann Awards Administration Committee (HAAC); or
- a distinguished member of the industry appointed by HAAC.
The voting process is tabulated and audited by PKF Chartered Accountants. The results are confidential and the winners are announced at the Helpmann Awards Ceremony.
