STEP 3
If you wish to enter more than one production or individual, repeat steps 2 and 3 (as many times as necessary) OR if you have completed all entry details proceed to payment.

STEP 4
Confirm that you will provide the standardised documentation for each production/individual you have entered.

STEP 5
If you have entered 10 or fewer productions and/or individuals, you may pay by credit card, cheque or money order. If you have entered more than 10 productions and/or individuals, you may only pay by cheque or money order.

STEP 6
Once the payment process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your entries. This email will serve as a tax invoice for your payment of $35 per entry.

STEP 7
Print out a copy of the confirmation email and mail it to LPA with your standardised support documentation.

To ensure that all entries have equal representation in the nominating panel process, only the following standardised support documentation will be accepted.

1. A CD containing labelled high resolution images - individual head shots for Individual entries, and production shot for Production entries.

2. A maximum of 1 x A4 sheet(double sided) including the following information. For individuals, an approved biography of up to 70 words. For Productions entries (optional), an approved synopsis of up to 70 words. Reviews and quotes from your production. (This can be provided in hard copy or on disc but must not exceed 1 x A4 page)

Live Performance Australia will confirm your entry or entries on receipt of the above information and confirmation of payment.
